With the huge imbalance to men and women due to thier one child you have about 30 million men who do not have a wife, must take care of thier elders, and are about to feel the squeeze especially since we export 35 billion in food to China. That is not a position that a Communist government wants to be in. Tens of Millions of frustrated and hungry military age males with nothing to lose.
