The under betters won big. Cold and rainy a good portion of the weekend. Sometimes 40 degree temp drops do this.

The city needs to devote some public funding to marksmanship classes. The residents simply do not know how to aim properly.
This is a real problem. We need more public funding for the poor marksmanship crisis that disproportionately affects people of color.

Big time. Thursday and Friday didn’t even hit 50 degrees. Factor in off and on showers that felt like ice water.
