I have tried to give a little context in other threads and my inference when I heard it during the interview.
Hyperbolic, melodramatic, and hypothetical. Why would Iran surrender if they saw it this way? What then, would we have to nuke them?
I did not think for a moment that he meant our military was going to rape women or the U.S. was going to nuke Iran. Anyone who has listened to him knows that he chases these things a sensational end. He is a weird guy and has some bad takes. However, this is akin to one of those “Charlottesville” edits that they did with the President.
