What is the white guy barbecuing in his backyard with family and friends watching college football doing to divide?
most of us? like the same thing that most black, Indian, Asian, etc, guys barbecuing with their families... nothing...
but there is pretty clearly some, of a large majority of races, political affiliations, religious affiliations, etc. that feel the need to sow discontent...
personally, my hope is that everyone just figure out a fricking way to treat others BETTER than they would want to be treated, but there are some shitheads amongst all races, all religions, all political parties, etc... there is no blameless group... we all just need to do better as a society going forward, meeting in the middle reasonably, and civilly, with respect and dignity extend towards each other....

Big IF here, but if this was a professional job, given the proximity of the Wasatch Mtn Range to where the murder occurred, the shooter will be incredibly difficult to capture.
Especially if he had a get away vehicle, etc. He could easily disappear in those mountains, sadly.
But I truly hope that’s not the case and his arse is found and put to death.

Stay vague, Ponyboy. Stay vague.

Let’s start slow. Which religious ones? Be specific.

Those mountains offer very little cover especially on the western side. I live 10 houses from them. They are mostly sheer faced rocks with trees mainly in the passes and canyons.
No real places to hide or move about undetected.
FLIR would make you stand out easily.

For people wondering how someone gained roof access…I did some research. Look up “Losee Center Utah Valley University” on google earth. The building is tiered and on the slope of a hill. The top of the building that looks 3 stories up from Charlie Kirk’s vantage point is only the top of the first story if you walked to the other side. Near the easternmost corner is 1 flight of stairs that looks like anybody could walk up to get onto the same level the shooter supposedly shot from.

If you get a chance to see his parody on South Park, bizarrely from last week, it’s hilarious. My son was just reminding me of it and of course is a big fan of his. (He had one of the first MAGA hats ever seen in Bama. He wanted it for his birthday)

No. I live north of SLC but the Wasatch range runs a long way and is mostly the same end to end

On foot yes, but if this was a professional job and as I mentioned in my post if he had a get away vehicle, then he could be anywhere…unfortunately

if there is political violence from the Right next time, are you ok with me calling out them then?
Sure. Ill join you. Scroll back through recent violence, school shootings, subway murders, political assassinations and find one example of a "right winger" as the perp.

I’m not sure what benefits the Wasatch range could provide. Crossing them in a car is limited to a known number of options.
Crossing them by foot and you’ll be found easily.
Maybe I missed your angle. If I did, I apologize.

it would appear to be. The entry hole to his neck was massive, so a large caliber round it would seem. Someone at close range would have had a tough time getting out and not being recognized as well. But you know it was total chaos, so I'll let the experts actually do the leg work on this.

Oh frick off already. It’s obvious we are never getting along with people who actually believe America is inherently evil and all conservatives are Nazis.
The same people want to sex up your kids, teach them to be tranny at age three and force you to go along with it. Just frick off and go educate yourself Simple Jack.

there's plenty of relgious violence in the world, don't act like there isn't... sure, the low hanging fruit is radicalized Muslim extremist... but lhere's also been mosques and synagogues shot up in modern times.... you also have the Nation of Islam, Westboro Baptist Church, other hate groups such as the KKK, Aryan Nation, etc, which were primarily born out Protestant fundamentalist denominations...
the religion thing is more of a "whole world" issue, rather than "just America" issue, but still... there's plenty of religious and religious adjacent groups that do add to the divide, rather than aid in the meeting in the middle

quote:I'm still trying to figure out how someone drove onto a university campus, scaled to a roof on said campus, killed someone, and ran off toting a rifle without being caught on a single camera installed by the university. clearly someone with great familiarity with the campus.... possibly a student or worker on campus... it's pretty clear this was a planned attack, not just some opportunistic event
Depending on how long this person had to plan and their knowledge of the area and surrounding area disappearing wouldn’t be incredibly hard in a crowd of 100’s of panicked people. Getting into to position, concealing a M4 style rifle is incredibly easy, don’t need a 30 round mag, small backpack. 100 people had one on in the crowd. One shot, join the chaos, make it to your vehicle, start driving and don’t stop for awhile.
Should you work there, stay normal. If you don’t, go back to normal. If the plan is to break, drive straight to another city or states airport and leave immediately.
Things working against you. Good surveillance and eye witnesses who actually saw you. Random stop by Highway Patrol. Edit ( We caught a Neo Nazi bomb maker because FHP pulled him over for a broken taillight, complete luck). If nothing can identify you except for height and skin color it’s a needle in a stack of needles. Too many phones in one area, too much misinformation.
I used to look for criminals for a living and I’m telling you, some of these people are hyper intelligent and some are idiots.
