Seems a bit hyperbolic
I wonder if some of you spend much time in the real world

It's probably worth noting that John Barron is over estimating the importance of this tech
Where did I say this is technology is very important? I just posted a report by CBS News about it and that seems to trigger some people. Some people are very insecure. "China Stole This from us even though it uses a totally different rotor design than the US model"

Like what good journalists used to do.
Good journalism is asking hard hitting questions. Seeing as Russia has started 3 offensive land grabs within the last 15ish years, there's plenty of critical material to go over.
What was the toughest question Putin was asked?

I suppose the video clip just isn't that interesting to me. I don't find the tech that impressive. I'm sure China has things that are much more impressive than this. I'd be shocked if they didn't since this isn't anything transformational.

Idk and i don't care. I don't give a frick if Russia or Ukraine owns Ukraine. I only care as far as in has an effect on America.

i think it's a puff piece by CBS. i don't doubt China has drones that can carry people. we do too. we have for a very long time.
but Hop Sing isn't flying back to the ponderosa after a long day at the Birken Bag factory in a drone.

I never claimed it was. I thought it was cool that a CBS News reporter flew in a Autonomous Flying Taxis in China. Some people are very insecure about China for some reason. It is bizarre

Yeah. You don't strike me as the curious intellectual type.
You could just call out Tucker for what he was doing. It was a puff piece to make Putin and Russia look good.

they released a man made virus upon the world.
it's bizarre you think a video about 90's technology built to scale negates China's motives to take the USA's position as global leader.

All joking aside I don't see why people can't see the obvious things that are staring right at them. Tucker is a shill and his Russia/Putin interview was a puff piece and he instantly lost all credibility.

Correct. And we did nothing about it

Incorrect...
No, eVTOL (electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) technology is not from the 1990s. While the concept of VTOL aircraft dates back to the mid-20th century (e.g., the Harrier jet in the 1960s), eVTOL as we know it today—electric-powered, designed for urban air mobility, and often autonomous—emerged in the 2010s. Advances in battery technology, electric motors, and lightweight materials post-2000 made eVTOL feasible. Early prototypes and companies like Joby Aviation and Lilium started gaining traction around 2015-2020. The 1990s saw some VTOL research, but it was mostly tied to military or conventional fuel-based systems, not the electric, civilian-focused eVTOLs of today.

I don't think it negates China’s motives. I just don't believe everything I see or read that does not make me feel good is Propaganda or fake news when multiple credible sources say otherwise

I love these type of stories bc of how skillfully they only show one tiny sliver of China. Meanwhile I am currently in Zhengzhou posting from Surfshark and it looks like a bomb went off in Atlanta. There is so much poverty once you leave the "tier 1" cities it is unfathomable to the western mind
How is it similar to Atlanta? Population wise?

I see something else staring me in the face. Your posts have NOTHING to do with the topic of this thread. Start another one.

Reminds me of how Stalin used to bring in Western journalists, leftist intellectuals, influencers and other weak minded politicians to show them selected projects and sites to promote his policies and accomplishments. No one dug below the surface to see the slave labor and number of dead due to being political opponents much less the economic house of cards the Soviet Union created with regularity. They couldn’t feed their own people and had to rely on the U.S. for grain.

CBS is owned by multinational media conglomerate Paramount. Look what they did to the Kamala Harris 60 minutes interview. They’ve long lost faith in the American people as a trustworthy news source.

What kind of payout does her family get if that thing crashed and killed her?

Did she tour the factories where women work 12 hours a day for 25 cents an hour and the buildings have nets around them due to suicides.
I bet not

So like Black Monday?
Are you still sticking with Automobile companies only make one type of vehicle and don’t supply vehicles to particular markets?
Because most everything you have argued with regard to tariffs has been just flat out wrong.
It’s staring you right in the face but you keep falling for OMB.
