Shouldn’t have anything to do with race but if you could do your job from home during the shutdown, you can do it after the shutdown.

I would love to be able to work from home but race has jack shite to do with it.

Hmmm, when you are 13% of the population you will always be a minority. I mean this ain’t rocket neurosurgery.

My goodness. I guess the stock photo of an irrelevant black woman, with the caption "Businesspeople explaining and listening at meeting," is 100% appropriate for calling out racism in the workplace. Throw in the intelligent looking glasses to amplify your false narrative, and boom, the writer is a hypocritical racist. But.... he's black... putting down his own race for his own gain. What a loser.

Honest question: if blacks stay home en masse, won’t that make the workplace MORE white and thus MORE stressful for the remaining POC who choose to go in to the office? Isn’t that unfair to those individuals to not have peers to confide in and network with?

Seems this will also hurt diversity and the social benefits corporations tell us diversity brings to the table.

This is merely another effort by a member of the Left/MSM to foment animosity between races.

Ain't no race thing.

No one wants to go back to the office!

But to play the race card?

Come on, man!

I would NEVER.............repeat NEVER take a job with a black female boss.

It depends where she is from. Chances are higher that she'll be decent if she's from the deep south or Texas. If she's from a big city on the east coast, west coast or midwest...you're fricked. If she refers to anyone else as "Sugar", you're OK. If she's AFRICAN American, you are in really good shape.

Or perhaps it’s much easier to not have to actually go to work, and “muh racism” seems like a solid dodge to get an accommodation

I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but has anyone here or that you know ever asked a black person in an office setting about their hair?

Yes.

I asked them how they got their weave stuck in the copier and how much money they lost when it had to be cut to set them free.

When will people with basic math skills realize that the 11%'ers are in fact a minority to the majority 67% Caucasian population?

Well duhhhhhhhhh there's more white folks.

If you want to work with more blacks, then take your black arse to densely black populated areas or COUNTRIES where I'm suuuuuuuure you'll be very very safe.

Wait, so the lady in the article admits to being a racist by stating she would rather not work with white people?

Y’all are crazy. I love black women. Now I haven’t worked with any but my interactions with them throughout the day are 99% very pleasant and fun. More so than white woman tbh. Black women are usually pretty laid back and like to flirt a little I’ve found. Now if you come at them with attitude then you’ll get it back 10 fold but typically they are much my fun than white women.
