Interesting back and forth toward the beginning when Carolla talks about growing up on welfare.

Carville on poverty: "The cure for a lack of money is money."

The problem isn't "money", it's "wealth". It takes money to create wealth but giving money to people who don't understand how to use it to create wealth is basically just burning money. This is why liberal fiscal policies fail, they don't understand the difference between money and wealth.

Wealth starts when one person puts their descendants above themselves.

While I disagree with Carville on just about everything, at least he’s not insane like today’s progressives.

So those without descendants are not wealthy?

What are silly, reductive, pretend aphorism. Any other trite classics for us, Dave Ramsey?

You could offer a rebuttal instead of being a prick, right?

How do you see wealth starting?

You need to start financial education ourses in high school. Probably do it senior year.

But it is harder to teach peoole financial education when they dont have any money.

No, but it's very likely someone preceding that person did something, made some sacrifice to set that person up to build wealth. It might not necessarily be a true descendant either, because most wealthy people don't bury themselves like Egyptian Pharaohs.

Having a lot of money and wealth are not necessarily the same thing.

I'm going to listen, but haven't yet. Carville is WRONG on his point I bolded.

Some democrats are good, decent, caring people, who want the best for their fellow man... but CANNOT understand the following maxim: Government CAN'T legislate good decision-making in a free society.

If you confiscated nearly ALL the wealth of the top 15% and gave it directly to the bottom 15%, in seven years, nearly all of the originally poor folks would again be poor. And most of the originally wealthy folks would be firmly in the middle-class OR to back where they were originally.

Those originally poor, temporarily rich folks given the windfall would, however, posses a lot of new tattoos, genuine-jeweled cell-phone cases, gold mouth grills and a heaping amount of other poor decisions.

Argues exclusion from homeownership the reason blacks haven’t created wealth 6 decades later by passing on wealth in the form of home equity, derides the concept of focusing on generational wealth.

To create wealth requires excess money, to be able to invest, etc.

If you only have enough money for basic needs (and I understand, what many people think is "basic" really isn't basic), you will never be able to grow wealth.

Serpant-head is calm, rational, DNC approved mouthpiece, compared to the squad.

How scary is that?
