Just build the wall up to and after that property. Then monitor, within legal limits, the number of people that flow into the property from Mexico to the US. It makes ICE's job real easy when every immigrant bottlenecks to one area.

This reminds me of the Sargon video about this game. Basically dem-progs felt guilty for playing it and made the creator apologize for being too edgy.

They only need a Right of Way and not the entire property. A whole lot easier than the entire property under Imminent Domain.

We're talking about keeping out hordes of migrants, not armies which is what many walls were historically erected for.
The sad thing is that we could quite easily eliminate the problem without a wall but there is a huge political faction in this country that is OPENLY undermining efforts to do so. THAT is the problem that leads to a wall being a potential necessary solution.
