Captain in fatal NY Harbor boat tragedy is illegal immigrant

“This criminal illegal alien was illegally and recklessly conducting unlicensed boat tours in New York Harbor when his boat capsized, killing a 27-year-old woman and her 5-month-old baby,” DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said in a statement.

Practical Mandate: Commercial marine insurance covering "passengers for hire" is universally required by the marinas, slip operators, and docking facilities where you will pick up and drop off passengers in NYC.

There needs to be an investigation into uber and Lyft. They’re allowing companies to operate entire fleets with foreign born drivers who barely speak English and I gurantee you the vast majority are here illegally.

Now now, remember, the reason we had to let illegals get licenses is so they could get insurance....it had NOTHING to do with getting them on a DMV mailing list........and then passing a law where we would use that list as a voter roll.......and then just mail the ballots (or use them wink wink).
