I agree....really not much difference except when you charge the police with weapon in hand the POPO are polite enough to give a heart felt warning to stop or else.

Where as the SS guy didnt verbally communicate a warning, as he should have....and include "pretty please".

Dude, they were literally trying to burn down the courthouse in Portland with the Feds in it. They were even trying to trap them inside. How many of those were shot, much less, killed.? That'd be none.

Also, he fired into a crowd of people, including several fellow law enforcement officers. Irresponsible.

She didn't have a weapon, so yes, it's very different.

She was not a threat when she was shot. Her head and possibly shoulders were through a window. She was unarmed. No one was within 10 feet with a path of retreat. She was shot at point blank range in the head while horizontal. He could have used a shield (which per video were everywhere ) to push back. He could have engaged with strikes , no deadly weapons or hands to “stop” her penetrating the window. No verbal warning. No body cam. No body mic. Entire cities have been torched over clean shootings of armed suspects. Not a word of this one. Pathetic.
