Hell, Asians are especially insanely racist towards OTHER Asians.

Yeah, had a black friend living in China, and at least once or twice a week an Asian would bolt in the opposite direction from him. The only country I think that's even in the ballpark of being less racist than the US is Canada, and that's really it.

I was referring to Asian subcultures hating eachother, but they hate blacks, Indians, and Arabs too. They usually kowtow to whites, but hate them behind their backs.

We talk a lot about racism and our politicians race bait and flame incessantly, but there is no question that the US is one of the least racist places in the world. The fact that we blend so many cultures together with relative economic freedom to prosper doesn't really happen in other countries.
Just because a country is racially homogeneous, doesnt mean they aren't racist. Those are some of the very worst ones.
And I'll disagree about racism in the US. Sadly racism is part of the human condition. The tendency towards it is built into people by evolution. People try to identify their "group" and view other groups as potentially dangerous.
Even in a racially homogeneous country or area, people still subdivide themselves into groups.
See African tribes, still fighting wars with each other to this day.
See how American Indians, fought countless wars amongst each other.
Etc.
