Right. It's kind of a made up role and has no legal status in regards to EU treaties and such, but Carney had this to say about it:

Canada is setting up a migration pack with France BTW for those of you who are paying attention. Free migration between the countries so Canada is about to have an even larger Islamic population coming in from the worn torn middle east and Africa to help build back up its population and government programs. Think Sweden on steroids.

In Northern America and wants to be under the European umbrella. Will the now ship all their goods to European countries, seems awfully expensive as will the imports from there. Won’t be long before those cold months catch up to them.

I am not sure the Canadian people would stomach that. There are already issues happening up there with the insane influx of Asians to Canada. Those Asians as well are not going to be down with being over populated with Africans and Middle Easterners. Western Canada will leave if they are forced to subsidize them more.
I welcome the pending naval blockade of Canada, we are proving in Iran that sieges still reign supreme in modern times.

Indeed it is. Their foreign born population has the top source countries being India, China, Cameroon and Nigeria.
Canada also has the lowest natural born birth rate at 1.25 children per family. In 2024, 42.3% of all newborns in Canada were born to a foreign-born mother.
By 2040 they are completely flipped to where natural born, white Canadiens being a minority.
