Can someone tell me what the endgame is here?

I honestly can’t remember a time where literally every facet of American life was under assault while politicians and the media cheered on the chaos. If government officials on all levels refuse to uphold the laws of the land and ensure the safety of the public, people will naturally when begin to do it themselves.

What we are seeing now is democracy failing, the end result will undoubtedly be class or ideological warfare.

Ok, so how are they going to overcome a very armed populace? Typically the guns are taken first and then the takeover begins. Are they just so deranged that they can’t wait for the gun confiscation? It’s now or never?

Because of generations of corruption. Because people don’t want to work for it anymore. People don’t have pride in all the work this country has done to better itself. Instead of moving past the horrors of our past and growing we’ve suddenly start to shock them all back to life. We’ve also not demanded better from our leaders as well as our media. We don’t want to rock the boat because it’s too risky for the individual. It scares the shite out of me.
ETA: you also have judges, DA’s, etc... enforcing their agenda as they see fit and not the law as it’s written. It’s the scariest part. People keep saying this or that will get thrown out in court. Why? If the people elect the DA or the judges or the people who appoint the judges, why would a jury of their peers find these bogus charges as bogus? The Wontan disregard of leaders to use police to break up criminal acts is terrifying. The wontan disregard of DAs to fairly apply the law is terrifying.
