If so, it clearly worked.

I think next year he should get a friend to do another study of exactly equal quality that concludes some strongly held feminist "fact", the BLM view of white privilege or perhaps the racist tendencies of Trump voters.

$100 says if he does, the thing doesn't get banned.

Again, as I said before, I don't take editorialized statments from media sources literally.

I've seen too many flat out wrong or misleading things said. You have played a game of telephone?

But lets hit it logically.....

Actually no.

Let's not. I'll just point out your blinders.

If it was ONLY banned on subject matter, it would have been banned the first day.

Soooooo.

After management seeing the subject matter for days, and nothing nothing, it is only after something else happening (complaints) that something is done.

So obviously, it wasn't ONLY banned on subject matter. It was something else that occurred.

If you want to narrow the focus, a defensible statement would be "It was ONLY banned on PR matters."

If that's what he meant, then he was rather lazy in multiple places expressing that point.

So essentially, with your attempts at high brow language, your underlying premise is not applicable and therefore not valid.

You yourself cited evidence verifying my condensed sequence of events.

1)It was not banned when admin saw the subject matter
2)Time passed
3)With other considerations emerged, it was banned ("after complaints")
4) Therefore, acting like it was banned when management first saw the topic is false.

Certainly you can. Science fairs are projects which display the application of the scientific method to a hypothesis to reach a conclusion and present additional questions which require additional research. Saying I went on the internet and got people to self report their race and take some kind of internet test, therefore from that we can conclude that people with different skin pigmentation have lower intelligence, is not science.

You can't cheat on an IQ test. You're too young to know what cheating is.

You are underestimating overachieving 16 year olds everywhere.

Another potential point of comment (which I am just saying in response to "cheating") about methods is online tests are notoriously questionable accuracy and have limited value to retests. If the person happened to already take the test on their own, as overachievers of that age group often does, it would invalidate the tests.

Holy frick wut? Damn man. Just throw in the towel.

You can supply not one quote from the stories that is ANYTHING other than subject matter related.

Here ya go. I'll use your stupid logic. It was VISUALLY shitty from the start. They didn't do anything until cokmplaints.......ABOUT CONTENT and ONLY content.

1)It was not banned when admin saw the subject matter
What you meant to write but chose not to is

It was not banned when admin saw the subject matter AND the presentation.

So. Why'd it get banned Volvagia? Come on. You can say it. It's right there on the tip of your tongue.

Your ego will allow it. I promise.

I'm sorry. I thought we were talking about real IQ tests. You can't cheat on them because you take them at the age of 5 or 6.

Re: Online IQ tests. Since they are timed it's not like you can put your computer on pause and look up the answer. But online tests are certainly not accurate for IQ testing.

My wife suffers from 'My husband thinks he's smarter than me' syndrome. So, she found an IQ test online and informed me that she was MUCH smarter than me because her IQ is 165.

Me: 'Those online tests aren't accurate.'
Her: 'You're just envious.'
Me: 'Show me the test.'

I took it and scored a 180.

Are there really people in this thread that want to claim that an exact replica of this project that concluded white privilege is 100% fact that received massive complaints would have been pulled?

Or one that concluded Trump voters are racist?

Or one that concluded men are naturally sexually violent?

Come on people. An ounce of intellectual honest goes a long way.

If it doesn’t accurately employ the scientific method it isn’t science. How can you admit that it isn’t scientific but say it has a place in a science fair?

all sorts of projects in that fair likely had issues with the scientific method, because that's what you get graded on. the entire point is to try to do as best as you can with the SM to achieve a result and then present it at the fair

you're criticizing the methods, which i said is fine

however, i was responding to you claiming this wasn't "studying anything," which is false. this was trying to study something (race and IQ and how that corresponds to the population-demos of the school). it didn't do the most scientific manner of studying it, but it did study something (And something worth studying, for reasons discussed in this thread, primarily in pages 3-4)

I'm not really disagreeing with you. I was just pointing out that the left doesn't ever consider northern Asians in their equation as a victim group.

The reason they don't is the cultures of Northern Asians like Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese etc have traditionally had strong family units and hard work ethics.
So in many ways they get grouped with Whites but mostly ignored like they don't even exist.

Seriously if one thinks about the Vietnamese refugees who came to the US after the Vietnam war, one would guess they should be worse off than blacks here.
They came here with nothing and are now very successful.
Their are true examples of the American dream and what hard work can do for yourself.
