The entire DNC complex is propped up by fraud

Yet asshats like Gavin Newsom say Donald Trump is a threat to a free press and ironically, the legacy media will nod in approval like a bunch of bobble heads.

By any means necessary.
They’ll do anything required to preserve their power and corruption.
It’s hard to fathom any regular decent person out there observing today’s Democratic Party and thinking “yeah, they represent everything I believe in!”

1st Amendment guarantees five fundamental freedoms: freedom of religion, speech, the press, assembly, and petition
"Ask not what your country can do for you..."
to
"The rich don't pay their fair share..."
to
"it's a crime to investigate criminals stealing tax money because it might hurt their feelings..."

This bill would have made it criminal to expose fake hospices in LA or the Somali “learing center” in Minnesota if they then claim “reasonable fear” and the business owner gives a written demand not to post the video.
This apply to local news outlets too?

Cali’s argument will be that you have to be a credentialed member of a respected media org to get 1st Amendment rights.
It wouldn’t withstand muster but that would be their BS cover.
No they are going to claim the STATE isn't pursuing any legal action.
Rather, it is individuals that have "had their rights violated" that are, so the 1st Amendment doesn't come in to play
Obvious nonsense, but that is easily the play here
