I believe that crossing the border illegally is a crime. At least it used to be

I love this. Democrats LOVE to declare Trump a convicted felon - even though laws were bastardized to get a partisan conviction, he was never sentenced, and his bullshite case was unconditionally discharged.
But muh illegals MUST be found guilty, sentenced, and incarcerated for satanic sacrificial arse rape of children in order for these same dems to see a crime.

The Constitution doesn’t work that way, I’m afraid.
It does. Sort of.
If someone is here illegally and they get arrested for some felony (murder, interstate trafficking, etc) they will go into the criminal court system to face the charges there. Once that case is resolved, they go to the immigration court system. If they are found to be here illegally, they don't go to any state nor federal court, just straight to immigration court, do not pass GO, do not collect $200.
-That system is separate from both civil and criminal courts on both the state and federal systems
-There is no jury
-The government provides the judge (from the DOJ) and the prosecutor
-The accused has the right to a lawyer, but not a government-appointed one
In the vast majority of the cases (~70%), the accused does not have a defense attorney while ~50% (up to 75% depending on the timeframe) end up in deportation (whether forced or voluntary).

Illegal aliens have no constitutional rights, they are NOT US citizens and came here illegally...................meaning they broke the law, of which "No one is above the law!".................as Dems put it so bluntly.
How many muchacho's are living with you RFK person?

The talking point is 14% do not have a violent criminal record. Which means kid touchers, dui, robbery etc does count.
Its just that, a talking point for dummies.

A robber can commit additional crimes once they've broken into your house, considering they broke the law to get there in the first place.

Shut up James. We can't just arrest the so called criminals (even tho they all 100% broke the law), because we can't just wait to see if an illegal becomes a violent criminal and then deport them. If we deport them all we won't need to worry about if they are violent criminals.

Incorrect. 100% of undocumented immigrants have committed the crime of being in the country without proper authorization.

Less than 14% of those arrested by ICE in Trump's 1st year back in office had violent criminal records, document shows
Between January 21, 2025, and January 31, 2026, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) made approximately 393,000
CBS News
OK. For sake of argument, let's use their 14% and assume it's correct even though they have a very loose definition of "criminal" as they only included them if they had charges or convictions for violent criminal offenses,. That's 55,020 people with violent criminal records. Why were they in the country to begin with? Why does CBS pretend that 55,000+ violent criminals is OK?
