Indeed he does. I can see where my response might give the wrong impression. I admitted I have no idea what I would do and have doubts I’d act In Such a situation. Your description of what could happen is accurate.
I still hope that somehow we as a society get to a point where one of a half dozen people that could stop a carjacking, do so. If not, we are so fricked.

If we would stop punishing these crimes, the crime rate would go way down and we would all feel better.

We have to institute Good Samaritan laws to keep slimy lawyers and their slimy clients from suing people for HELPING them. We’re a long way from offering protection from the lowlife you punched in the jaw or cracked on the head in the interest of helping someone.

He suffered broken ribs, a broken pelvis, and other significant injuries from being thrown after the car crashed and flipped. He was still alive on the pavement, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. It pissed me off to see no one tending to him immediately, they seemed more concerned over the 2 murderers.

Perhaps if the driver were free to protect himself, with training, a permit and a pistol, the angels and demons wouldn’t be needed. But, in the capitol of The Land of The Free, it is (for the victim, was) illegal to exercise that freedom. And he paid the price.

I know what you are saying...but the root of the problem is our Government; that is where all power is coming from. Until that is confronted - and it will be just like with confronting one of those girls - it only gets worse.
The pressure is building with every outrage. It's just a matter of time before some random and seemingly innocuous event starts the snoball.
I live in a rural setting; always been peaceful. But now we see these large trailer park type subdivisions beginning to pop up all around. And as they do, the violence comes with them. There is no way society continues much longer with this kind of disease of spirit. And a Government that tries the 'herding cats' methodology...won't fly. Legislated morality or imposed civility is fool's gold. IMO. We'll soon see.

It looked like he was trying to just get them out of the car with as little force as possible and his restraint likely cost him his life. He should have been throwing punches like he would against a man trying to take his car. Instead of pulling on their arm he should've grabbed an eye socket and ripper her out of the car by her skull.
If you or your family are attacked go balls to wall immediately, don't hold back a thing. Your response should be 'disproportionate' to the attack.

I really doubt the 2 murderers have a father figure at home.
Their 1st court appearance was in Family Court, this means they are being charged as minors. They get to go to a juvenile detention which is very similar to summer camp.

BLM has won. They have made it to where black people can commit crimes and people are scared to stop them for fear of being doxxed, terrorized, beaten, and killed.
When BLM wins, America loses.
Also, I do not give a frick if the murderers are technically kids. Hang them from a tree by their feet and beat them to death with baseball bats. Those worthless pieces of shite will contribute nothing to society and are a waste of everyone else's oxygen.

I'm sure he did but being half out of the car door as it was slammed shut by the poles 2x had to have done something also prior to the crash.
Regardless, this was 100% murder and I hope they charge them as adults.
