He didn’t say it was manufactured or altered. The IC is saying that it was being studied in the level 4 infectious disease lab in Wuhan and their safety measures were such garbage that it was unintentionally released into the city.

Geneva Convention prohibits research into new bio weapons.
IF China stole this from US to further develop, then WE lose all higher moral grounds to condemn them.
IF this was being weaponized under Trump as the CIC then the Congress DOES have grounds for impeachment.

I keep hearing this line and it's the biggest crock of shite. Chinese scientists are not stupid. And a Level 4 whatever lab is definitely not that stupid. It's a fricking cover for an intentional leak. I can't imagine anyone smart enough to work on that virus didn't know basic safety measures. This whole thing was a game.
