Don't "look into it." READ.

Start with this summary, from last weekend's Patriot DoubleDown in LV. It's like 37 minutes, but it's an adequate 40k foot view of the premise.

I promise I'm not deflecting. Read the source material for yourself. If you're not following, read it again. Most every question I can think of that occurs to people when they grasp the basic concept of Devolution is answered through the course of the entire series.

The simplest answer as to why not full disclosure is that enough Americans aren't sufficiently awake/outraged at what's going on. The best news is that it's growing daily. Without an awake America, the MSM spell and cries of "dEbOOnKeD!" from the "fact-checkers" would lull folks on the cusp back to sleep.

Disclosure on what's been going on is not a 50% +1 simple majority premise. It's going to be more of a 75/25, 80/20 or even a 95/5 situation, which means it's still likely to get worse before it gets better.

Specifically addressing your Afghanistan withdrawl question:

Acting SecDef Chris Miller said full withdrawl was never on the table, despite public statements.

The Chris Miller statement essentially says that there was no realistic plan to withdraw from AFG, not completely. They determined they could hold the nation with 800 spec ops personnel.

The disastrous way the withdrawal unfolded was squarely at the feet of Biden. Like everything else they touched, it completely turned to shite. The troops who died due to the suicide bombing is also on the FUBARed command situation, just like the decision to leave a lot of the equipment.

Loss of life of any member of the US MIL is too many, but it's important to remember, we're still at war.

The Patriot DoubleDown video I linked above gives the analogy of a company CEO that has 10 branches across the country. He also knows the election for the next CEO is going to be rigged so he calls the branch managers together to let them know of the situation and gives them standing orders: "Until this is sorted out, don't let your own branches burn to the ground."

That's where we are.
