I’m looking into devolution but keep asking myself why would they keep it hidden and not announce what is really going on? Why hide it? How much longer would Trump let Americans suffer economically and medically before this devolution plan is announced?
Also how does devolution account for the Troops who were killed in Afghanistan? Was it Biden or Trump who ordered the withdrawal? Who is responsible for the Americans that were left? Who left all the gear for the Taliban?
