It makes me sad that a certain number of DVs doesn't count for something. Every 1k or so should land you in timeout for a week, at a minimum, as it demonstrates a clear rejection of that poster's contributions.

Do you honestly believe Brennan's counsel is singing the blues about "judge shopping" and "selective prosecution" if it's just a bunch of random chatter on social media. Brennan can't be prosecuted in SDFL without some version of a conspiracy.
If the conspiracy charges are ready, then why would Brennan be the only one indicted when the indictment will give all his putative co-Defendants all the information they need to prepare a preemptive defense?

No, but I 100% believe he will never see the inside of a jail cell much less get put on trial for anything.
That's the whole point. We hear about shite like this and then in a few months we will hear that some random Obama / Biden judge throws it out or it somehow magically falls apart like normal. Like clockwork.

Brennan and his lawyers leaked to the NYTimes about lack of secrecy of a grand jury and improper Venue citing completed Mueller investigations relitigating
The bad guys can do whatever they want and there is no accountability, you see.
Also: Did you know the same PA court that was team neverTrumper/democrat for the 2020 election-Got voted in to RETAIN their seats? Democrats showed up to this election in PA-R's sat at home waiting for the great pumpkin for some reason.
Property taxes going up. Shapiro is being a dick with energy costs-sitting back while First Energy-PennPower raise rates on already poor working class people. All so Trump gets blamed.
How many can afford $1000 electric bills monthly to heat their homes in the winter? Some are not this high if they have gas boilers, but it is asinine.
The rustbelt won't care to leave their expensively heated homes. So the democrats teams will take the lead.
People are overall pissed at still no govt accountability, lack of justice. Raise their taxes (especially property) and they revert back to depressed democrats.
So Brennan getting off on a technicality.... because Mike Davis speaks of Justice and the venue. Is the least of our concerns and worries.
