It's more than that. A competent prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich.

Exactly. I think the SOL has probably run on a lot of the Russigate shenanigans. So, DOJ is left with what we didn't like when it was done to Flynn (process crimes). They better be buttoned up if they go after Brennan and not run a clown show like they did with Comey.

I'm all for prosecuting Brennan. I'm just not aware of anything that would subject him to prosecution in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

That issue is in 21st century America, no jury within a 100 mile radius of DC will ever convict a democrat apparatchik. It is a problem that the rest of America has to do to save the country. Imagine being a democrat and knowing you can do what you want in that place and can never be convicted of anything. Soros effect.

I’m also starting to believe that the whole steal of 2020 was put in play to ride out the SOL as they were able to contain OMB the first 4 years in constant battles, as Hillary decried to her staff than “ if that SOB Trump wins we are all going to hang”. Trump was setting in good by the beginning of the Covid bullshite the played on the world and would have been better getting the creatures exposed
