70% is opposed to a long term war. 80% won’t care if we lob some missiles and watch it unfold.

If Trump is successful in toppling the mullahs and their Theocracy, if the Persian people take this opportunity to seize and secure their freedom.....

If Trump is successful, then the Shah is in power. Iranians revolted against the first Shah after he tried to westernize the country. We are not going to let the Iranians choose their next leader, because they’ll pick someone who isn’t aligned with our government’s interests.

Most of what I've heard from him, he's fairly consistently anti-war.

Sure he is.

He's also very consistently retard.

The resulting Venn Diagram isn't an accident.

The democrats are owned by the same people that own Trump and the establishment republicans.

Should we pass up this opportunity?

What opportunity? When our country gets involved in regime-change operations, shite tends to go sideways, and we end up creating another mess to deal with.

Even if the mullahs are toppled, there's no telling how that power vacuum will be filled. Yeah, we'll interfere with that, too, so "our" guy gets put in charge. But we don't have a stellar record of that working out either.

We basically already fund Israel's military. Most of the Middle East appears to be on their side when it comes to Iran and Palestine. Let them handle it without us.

Those sideways operations occurred when we had presidents that didn't want to win. Their goal was to create more terrorist.

AND most importantly, we will be doing this now in a country who's population doesn't hate us. We don't have to change their hearts and minds. They are already on our side and have been for many decades.

To figure out Tucker’s latest “opinion,” start by looking for Russia’s position then look to Qatar. It’s one or the other.

Not so fast. The Iranian people may want the Ayatollah gone, but they aren’t likely to just hand the keys over like that. They will likely demand fair elections.
