Donald trumps tax plan created a false sugar high of breaks for middle to lower class folks that are now higher than they were before it was implemented.
The tax rates are exactly the same as they were in 2018. What the frick are you talking about?

So Roger, what is your solution to making EU play fair?
Whats fair, progressive?
You sound EXACTLY like them.

Here you go again, being an idiotic absolutist. You ever heard of the word "diversification"? You like to google and paste, try doing that.

Trump is living 200 years in the past.
And since you are so much smarter than him, how do you get the EU to play fair? China? South America? Central America?

Equal or Net American positive trade balance. Not applying unfair taxes on American trade (EU/China)?
Since you are smarter than everyone, how should it be handled?

They arent. In fact, cheap imports have done more to create wealth in this country than your own Govt who you worship.

On this subject, absolutely.

You progressives are so far behind the times.
Wealthier nations will almost always have a negative balance of trade, Goober.

And what is the offset of imports? What happens to an industry when you outsource completely?
You'd rather buy China steel, than American because "you can get it cheap"? How will that ever backfire? Oh yeah, see computer chips as another example.
I'm frankly amazed how simple minded you are. There is no foresight, no intelligent discourse. Just some keyboard warrior who thinks he's smarter than everyone but has yet to provide how he would solve trade deficit issues and just says, "why does it need to be solved"? I dunno, employment, purchasing power of the dollar, uninterrupted supply chains, general economic power around the globe. But, as i go through this, i realize what you truly are. You're just a globalist. A globalist that can't really defend his ideas, because he has none. Your solutions are to do nothing. Maybe that's why you do what you do. Because you don't have a plan. You don't have ideas. You dont' have aspirations. You are content to coast in life. And you know what, if you want to do that, go for it. But don't start preaching at others who aren't willing to do that, as if you have it all figured out.
i'm done with this thread and have work to do. Roger, you are a silly person. You deserve all the shite you get here.

So do you.
I'd bet most items in your home are full of imported components that were assembled here which created wealth to the businesses who built them.
We stop manufacturing things like rubber dog shite because its inefficient for us to do so.
