I'm not sure if you are being dense or just stupid.
This is bottom us because when a child leaves their house , the parent makes the decision. He is stopping someone above a parent, an ISD, from making a decision that directly impacts a child.
It can't be any more bottom up than mom & dad at 123 Main Street.
Anyone is allowed to wear a mask if their parents choose.

I agree, not to mention even if the masks worked people do not cover their nose. Masks are such a virtue signal. If you can smell anything through that thing you can get a virus.

The State of Texas has now said that govt cant force anyone to wear/not wear a mask. Its that simple. You wanna wear one, wear it. Dont wanna wear one, thats good too.
No one is forced under the Texas rule to do either, but you are under the school/school board rule

Exactly! Mask should be OPTIONAL! If wearing one makes you feel safer then wear one. But do not force me to wear one!
