I am shocked that someone let their political bias cause stupid mistakes like this.

You have to wonder.....when they originally formed the task force, were there no parameters set by which reporting would be standardized?
Is there any medical professional here that can attest to if a universal template was designed so that every medical lab, doctors office, hospital and triage center was distributed the same reporting console?
FFS, I think I could come up with one in XL in about 30 min
and, if they did create a universal form.....where are the repercussions for knowingly submitting bad data?

This is likely the primary reason the death toll hasn’t risen at the same rate as reported infections.
