CA, I don't have time to read and see if my question in answered in this Thread...but do you know just how far reaching the Stafford Act is? I.e., can Trump just designate money to diverse aspects indirectly related to the Virus Emergency? Does this mean he don't have to deal with Chuck and Nancy to get things done? Can he EO a Payroll Tax Cut for example, as the crash of the economy is Virus related?
Cliffs would be much appreciated if anybody has covered this. TIA.
