I think the only question now is does Trump Pardon Obama....

Nice misleading thread title. "Knowing" and "believing" are not the same.

We know Obammy lied about his knowledge of Hilldawg's email server because he actually sent emails to that server, so I think if the powers that be wanted to prove Obammy was in the know on Team Trump surveillance it could easily be done.
