Predatory incursion perpetrated by the Cartels, who have been declared terrorist groups.

How would you define the invasion of your country by illegal aliens who are raping and murdering your citizens and bringing in drugs so that large numbers of your citizens will overdose and die. Countries deliberately sent criminals and mentally ill people to the U. S. knowing it would cause grave harm. A war does have to be declared to be a war. If you want to play semantics go right ahead. Anyone with an IQ above moron would understand that someone who is deliberately hurting you should be considered an enemy.
The United States never formally declared war on North Korea or China during the Korean War, instead, President Truman referred to the conflict as a "police action" under the auspices of the United Nations. So, if it makes you fell better think of what Trump is doing as a "police action."

"’It's funny how individual rights went out the window during Covid for American citizens.
And now they’re crying because illegals we know nothing about have to leave."
This may apply to some but not to me and many others who cared about civil liberties and our Constitution then AND now.
I am admittedly still trying to understand better what rights visa and permanent resident aliens have against deportation. I am especially interested in the statutory basis for deportation that allows the SOS to decide that someone should deported because of his effect on foreign policy (or something to this effect). Presumably the Secretary's decision this would be reviewable by a judge.
In short, no sympathies here for Hamas supporters, but I want the rule of law to reign in this country regardless of which party is in the White House.

Just saw they are protesting in Trump Tower off of NewsMax2.

It seems like you are battling your own mind with this. A person does not have the right to just come to the USA. Once that person has allowed on a Visa, it comes with conditions. Always has.
-violations of immigration laws, criminal convictions, visa fraud, security concerns, or public safety risks
- Arrest in the U.S.: An arrest in the U.S. for a crime, even if not resulting in a conviction, can lead to revocation
- National Security Risks: If the U.S. government determines that the visa holder poses a threat to national security
- Public Safety Risks: If the visa holder is deemed to pose a threat to the safety of the public

I mean, you could have simply clicked the twitter link and read this info prior to making your post....
"or when there is an "invasion or predatory incursion" threatened or perpetrated against the United States by a foreign nation or government."

Hard to call it an invasion, legally, when the previous admin processed the vast majority of them before shipping them around the country.
Excellent point
Excellent point, maybe, but for only half of the problem.
The other 50% of the problem was not us flying people in.
So, not hard to call it an invasion at all.

Like Metarl said, do we have proof that a country is orchestrating an invasion? How do you separate out the people? Bcreed is dick sucking Trump yet again, without any actual reading comprehension skills.

A Green card isn’t US citizenship, it has limits. Those right granted can be taken away by the government.

Yes you still can’t answer the question.

This should be everyone's goal. Do it right so it can't be undone. Welcome legal challenges and trust that your lawyers are better than theirs, and that what you are doing is rooted in law and the Constitution.

I already have in this very thread. You are too stupid to understand it.

What do you actually do for a living? You appear to be one of the most uneducated people on this board and simply a mouthpiece for social media personalities.
