I get the impression that the SM is doing the bulk of the work for the judge. She does not have the time to go through all the seized information. Additionally the SM has to be qualified. A retired FISA court judge who already has the proper top secret clearances is the type of qualified person you want going through this material and making a preliminary determination on the disposition of the material. The judge will have the final say.
Also even though all the material is declassified it would still be improper to have the material leak due to “sources and methods” and potentially harming DOJ/FBI officials.

If there was such an urgency for the raid, why hasn’t there been an arrest?

Jessie Waters is reporting that the FBI lied to FISA judge Dearie. I don’t believe that is correct. It was FISA judge Rosemary Collyer (sp?) they lied to, right?

I quickly scanned her ruling. Does she tell the Department Of Joe Biden they shall return the documents to the SM immediately?
I will bet the FBI Agent Bratt now knows the documents are secured in this SM's office. (Bratt ignorantly stated in court docs he did not know that Trump had a SCIF and security)
I wonder if the DOJ will have Dearie go to the actual secret location of the FISA court in the sky that Brennan & Holder take the sky elevator to to ejaculate and spy on all of us?

But there were 2 other FISA judges. One (in released emails or texts) that McCabe saw at a DC cocktail party he texted in a braggadocios way about him getting the judge shopped? One had a spanish sounding name?
