RexSchiff for brains. So leaking versus declassifying even a Hillionaire bitch like you knows the difference.

Any snow in Richmond? Have NT74 visit you in Richmond on his vespa to save on gas and mother earth. Then do a youtube show together he can be a parrot, you a dog.

I thought you ran away in a hissy fit?

Their indictments.

Who said they have?

You.

Yeah. That's pretty much how it works.

If there really was illegal collusion with Russians, then Mueller would've made Pap/Flynn plead guilty to a hell of a lot more.

For a prosecutor, there is nothing better than getting a cooperating partner to admit guilt to the alleged crime the prosecutor is investigating. It goes a long way toward proving that the scheme existed. Once you’ve got that, it’s much easier to prove that the cooperator’s confederates are guilty, too.

But even though there’s a good amount of evidence that Pap and Flynn may have colluded with Russia, there’s no charge along those lines. Imagine that.

Let me show you how much concern there is for THE MEMO on democratic websites:

Horse shite. If you didn't have some personal interest in how this turns out, you wouldn't be in every one of these threads raining on the parades of those who believe something will actually come of this. No, I think from the way you defend your points you are emotionally connected in some way.

I don't know how the democrats are acting, but I know honest Bob is acting as though he's rolled up four indictments and has more in the hopper.

Lil different.

So to clarify, the memo hasn’t come out yet because it’s meaningless

Meaningful information, action, or leaks in Russia investigation are still under wraps and are just being held to the side by the Mueller investigation though....

You're an attorney right?

No.

But I will say that I'm in a position where I know stuff like this.

quote:

And so Mueller went incredibly easy on him right?

And if so, why?

Because simple collusion isn't illegal although dirty and unsavory.

What makes the collusion illegal is a corrupt element that has to be proven i.e. a corrupt deal for personal, financial, political and/or professional gain.

Prosecutors don't care about collusion, they care about conspiracy and an agreement and intention to violate the law and the indictments so far tell me Mueller has nothing.

You know what's REALLY disturbing? These wingnuts don't even care that the information in the dossier might be (and probably is) true. They're not angry at likely traitors, but at whistleblowers. And then they call themselves patriots.

Right. Information connected to a serious ongoing investigation is more highly restricted.

It gets less disturbing as it becomes more predictable. Full disclosure. And it just came up yesterday for the first time in a while.

They lost me with Snowden. Lost me. Done. I haven't tried to be considerate since.
