So...tell us about the decision. Pretend you are in law school:
What were the facts?
What was the legal issue before the court?
What was the precedent/basis for the ruling
What was the actual ruling?
Try and answer those to show you are not a complete idiot. I'll wait (but wont hold my breath).

Catching up on this thread. You’ve commented multiple times on what what a bad or out of place ruling this is but I haven’t seen the reasoning for that conculsion anywhere. Can you elaborate on your reasons? Also, can you give us what credentials you maintain to understand what constitutes a bad legal opinion?
