PS - Susan Rice could well have been the perfect representative of the intellectual level ofthe Obama Administration. Not a dummy by any means, but not also not nearly as competent or intelligent as we were led to believe (although I never bought it). And you could probably say that for almost everybody from Obama on down.

Dates matter. For one, I always write contemporaneous memos to myself on a meeting that happened over two weeks ago. I also remember “exact” phrases and quote those phrases.
