I guess all the people lamenting the fact that the republicans weren't filing injunctions/challenges to the EOs the day they were filed maybe coulda given them a couple of days to properly craft the filings?

How many of Trump's policies that were stopped due to nationwide injuctions from one podunk judge were eventually upheld by the Supreme Court? All of them that made it there, as far as I know...
However, it is not legal for a President of either party to not only ignore federal law, but actively violate it.
But hey, you were pretty close there.

I believe the folks thinking this is a grand gotcha to the right aren't thinking through this well. Thomas and the Supreme Court could basically implement "Texit" on their own through this.
