Someone mentioned a technology the other day that can transmit sound to someone without a visible earpiece.
If you watch Brandon while Trump is talking, you can see by the look in his eyes that he's being coached before each response. And Trump is still embarrassing him.

They can transmit directly to the ear with a laser and you don't need an earpiece.
