This is what it all comes down to. He interjected himself into the operations, interfered with officers, tried to pull the lady back into mix, resisted arrest while having a gun that he may well have taken out of concealment before the officer appears to get it.
He created chaos that caused officers to be forced to make immediate decisions in the middle of chaos. They did what they are trained to do which has been held up by the Supreme Court.
He is solely responsible for his death.
