I honestly don’t understand what you’re trying to say here.
The guy was shot because one agent took his gun and another probably mistook it as Pretti’s hand. Criminal? Probably not. Wrongful death? Almost certainly.
I don’t see what dumbass Walz has to do with the actual facts of the case.

The thing is, I don't believe Charlie should have been murdered. I think he should have been able to exercise his rights and I do not think he broke any laws. He is not responsible for his own murder. Neither is Pretti because he too did not break any laws and was executed. So many on this thread saying he could have prevented his own death by staying home, but that him leaving his house to exercise his rights isn't why he was killed. He was murdered by an untrained ICE officer in a bad shooting. The responsibility lies on that shooter, not Pretti for exercising his rights.

Of course it addresses the incident in question, you twit. It establishes him as an armed hostile. JFC. SMH.
Yep. It provides more context to better understand the situation.

The step you are skipping is the physical resistance to detainment
Can you link me to where I said that in this thread?
Sitting at home is a completely different argument, the whole purpose of talking about this is the situation itself. Not a 4th dimension where something that never happened should be debated.

He was exercising his rights.
He has a right to interfere with duties of police officers?
He has a right to resist/fight officers while having a deadly weapon?
What world do you live in? You can’t be this stupid. Can you?

It doesn't, but its' a talking point they can use to deflect blame from their side/in-group and focus on blaming the opponent/out-group.
Nothing more.

That’s one of the narratives they are going with. That ice prevented a mass shooting. He and christi gnome read the same statements.
You don't know he wasn't.

NO NO.. No you don't SPF. You ran. You can not pin point the time frame allowed because they did not set one. Period.
You also tried to sell the board on Graham and you were clueless that it had been expanded 9-0 by SCOTUS in Barnes.
THAT is why you are running. That is why you can not find a time frame.

Which made it all the more dangerous.
They are all armed until proven they are not.

But they knew he was an active agitator, which is important context.

One of the videos I saw looked like the woman who the BP agent pushed out of the way right before the shooting and it looked like she was harassing the agents across the street from where she ultimately ended up pushed down. I’ll withhold further judgement until I see more video, but she doesn’t appear to have been pushed as some random bullying act like the anti-ICE people are claiming.

They warn the public and others about making speculations before all of the information is out. However, in the same breath, they do exactly what they tell others not to do.
I also don’t know for sure that he wasn’t a plant by Santa Claus
