Seal the border.

Not as easy as it sounds. Many of our manufactured products cross the border numerous times in the production process.

We need a DMZ between US & Mexico —- walls, gun ports, land mines —- I.e., just like the Korean DMZ

Love to hear it, but he’ll need to take out the CIA first he plans on taking out the cartels.

I've watched several docu-series on the Central America cartels and every one of those shows has the CIA and DEA neck deep in the cartel corruption.

I love Homan and I hope they do everything they're talking about doing with respect to bouncing illegals out of the US and legally prosecuting mayors and other officials who try to stop them.

That said, as long as the US is full of people willing to buy drugs, there will be drug cartels.

Even if they literally went to Mexico and engaged in a ground war with the cartel soldiers, for every one they killed two more would pop up.

Or they would do just like the terrorists do. Go underground and wait the administration out. Next Democratic administration, they breed like roaches again.

They can't get rid of the cartels. The best they can do is minimize the amount of product they get into the country.

That sounds great just like socialism sounds great, but when you start looking at the countries that have tried both of them you don't find many success stories.

None that I am aware of, in fact.

If we can create a more productive economy from a job growth perspective we can reduce the prevalence of addiction.

But the biggest factor in predicting positive outcomes for children transcends race or wealth. It’s as simple as “did the child grow up with two parents in the home?” Societies with dads at home in a nuclear family are far and away the most likely to generate children who do well.

Black families with two parents statistically do better than anyone but Asian families.

If we don’t fix that one issue we will fail as a society and soon.

No. You let it be known loud and clear that you are coming for them. The fear will paralyze them and render them ineffective.

Even if you don't get them, they'll constantly have to be watching their backs. It will consume them.

Correction: the deep state sponsors them.

You could wipe out the cartels tomorrow and new suppliers would be ready to go by the end of the week.

Its the demand driving the industry. Illegal drugs are a $150 Billion dollar industry in this country.

Where there is money, people will take the risk.

Sorry for your loss. The drug problem is real but attacking the cartels doesn't stop the supply and demand issue. If the demand is there for a product with a 90% profit margin you can destroy every cartel in Mexico and more will just pop up.

Got a link to support that?

The U.S. and Great Britain are both in the top five countries with the highest per capita rates of drug addiction in the world along with Iran, Afghanistan, and Russia.

What's the common denominator there? It's not economy or economic opportunity.

THAT I agree with.

Just legalize drugs. Its a 150 billion a year economy itself.

Yessir. Where there is a big demand, there will be suppliers.

The drug war is futile from the prohibitionist perspective.
