This is the kill shot planned all along. If Bolton says he was concerned about the call and called Rudy a name it could sway the Romney's. I think Graham knew this would happen all along. They are probably working to ensure none of the others names involved in Ukraine ever come out in allowing this.
They will stop at nothing and they want Trump out and I don't trust Graham as far as I can throw him.

Funny how the same people who want an escalated conflict in Iran also want to stab Trump in the back, but Rand Paul, who has stood by Trump throughout this impeachment, is trashed by this board constantly for not being a neocon, warmongering snake.

Trump’s lawyers would invoke executive privilege even if he magically showed up, so he wouldn’t be able to say anything.
Bolton said he's prepared to testify in response to a Senate subpoena because there isn't time to seek judicial review.
But, as he explains in his statement, he favored judicial review and was stymied when House Dems mooted the case.

I don't trust Graham but he has to tread lightly or he will get primaried hard in SC. Graham is trying to avoid a senate trial as much as possible. He and many GOPers will get exposed in the Ukraine mess if impeachment goes to a full blown trial.
