1. Trump’s request to Zelensky for a Ukrainian investigation of Biden was motivated by a desire to enforce the criminal laws of the US, and he thus should not be removed from office.

2. Trump’s request to Zelensky for a Ukrainian investigation of Biden was motivated by US domestic politics, and he thus should be removed from office.

3. Trump’s request to Zelensky for a Ukrainian investigation of Biden was motivated by US domestic politics, but it does not constitute a “high crime or misdemeanor,” and he thus should not be removed from office.

4. Other.

That and the 2016 election security he discussed as well are entirely legal.

Lest someone find an actual crime.

1.

He said he was going to get to the bottom of the 2016 election shenanigans.

Ask yourself if you think this would still happen even if Biden wasn't running for president. I happen to think it would.

Running for public office does not shield one from criminal prosecution.

Your answering 3 is not a surprise.

If Joe Biden had even a SHRED of decency...he would never have run for POTUS knowing this hangs over his head.

Rush made a good point...IS Joe Biden Blackmailable? That is a legit question. And one that Trump/Advisors must have entertained. Trump should Tweet it and educate the folk.
