4. The Constitution is intentionally vague about impeachment and what constitutes an impeachable offense. I don’t believe it has to be a crime, but in this case there aren’t any crimes even being charged. Based on the pure evidence provided by House Democrats, I don’t think there is really any reason to suggest what the President did is a high crime or misdemeanor. Was it sloppy? Sure. Was it impeachable? Absolutely not. As to obstruction of Congress, it’s ridiculous to say that challenging an unauthorized subpoena is the same as defying a subpoena and obstructing the House.

You cannot separate 1 and 3. It’s a matter of viewpoints. Policy actions ALWAYS have political motivations.
Example::
Trump also pushed tax reform to improve the economy. Was that not politically motivated?
House dems impeached Trump because they think he abused his office, but was that not politically motivated as well.
This would set a precedent that 99.99999% of elected officials could not live up to.

If someone who could become President, like Biden, may be controlled by a foreign power through blackmail, it is in our national interest to find out.

The request profited the US. If it also profited the president so be it. No removal.
