This isn't a Monday Morning QB session. The burden of proof isn't "is it merely remotely possible DC caused Floyd's death?" That's not the standard.
He KNEW he lost consciousness and KNEE he was struggling to breathe he doesn’t have to know he why. Either way, it’s negligence to continue to continue kneel on someone’s chest who cannot breath.
