Disturbing. I hope he’s prosecuted to the full extent of the law. To think this kind of abhorrent behavior goes on is very troubling to say the least. That facility should be shut down and the owners should be held accountable as well.

Are they saying the suspect is physically or emotionally handicapped and is a resident of the facility?
This appears to be a "skilled nursing" facility, which is used for post-procedure care and is not necessarily age dependent nor for long-term stays.
