The only reparations that would truly repair damages is a free trip back to the motherland. #MAAA Make African Americans Africans Again
Do the math on an exchange program for proportionality. We send AA in exchange for Afrikaners. A win/win, they lose their problem and we lose ours. All voluntary, of course...

You're a fool if you believe this. Let me guess, you thought your donation for "black lives matter" was going to people of need too, right?

As protests broke out across the country in the name of Black Lives Matter, the group’s co-founder went on a real estate buying binge, snagging four high-end homes for $3.2 million in the US alone, according to property records.

Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37, also eyed property in the Bahamas at an ultra-exclusive resort where Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods both have homes, The Post has learned. Luxury apartments and townhouses at the beachfront Albany resort outside Nassau are priced between $5 million and $20 million, according to a local agent.

The self-described Marxist last month purchased a $1.4 million home on a secluded road a short drive from Malibu in Los Angeles, according to a report.

My God. You are the exact target for these grifters. How naive.

You are full of it. No links to 'most of them'?

And what about the bill being discussed in this thread? From the article:

quote:

The bill aims to create a federal commission charged with investigating the enduring impacts of slavery and its aftermath, along with developing concrete proposals for reparations to African Americans who are descendants of slaves, Pressley said.

A community can't be 'descended from slaves', that's an individual trait.

And what about the blacks that were also descendants of slave traders? And how did so many descendants of slaves manage to do well in society?

Answer: There are other problems, and no one in the government is bold enough to address them. They'll be labelled 'racist', even though the problems/solutions are not race based.

Post a link to those past arguments please. Or is this your usual BS.

JP Morgan: founded 1861 in NY during the Civil War. Southern banks had already defaulted on their debts to northern banks, so how much money do you think JP actually made from slavery in 4 years?
Chase: founded 1877 (that's well after slavery ended)
Citibank: funded Union war bonds during Civil war

Aetna and NY Life sold life insurance for slaves. If they profited off of slavery, then so did every merchant that sold supplies that were consumed or used by slaves.

The people demanding reparations are idiots. They don't even know history.

Black people are owed nothing. Every black majority city is a shithole because of them. Without them, America would be as close as you could get to heaven on earth.

Rob Schneider said it very well regarding calls for reparations in California. Something like... imagine receiving reparations when you were never a slave, from people who were never slaveholders, in a state where slavery was never legal.

Saw his show in Salt Lake and he said that exact quote.

Was way more political that I expected him to be. It’s understand since he was blackballed by Hollyweird.

Will the black ancestors of the black slave owners, which numbered in the thousands, have to pay up?

Black Africans and black Americans are nothing alike. The histories have diverged too much.

Also, some countries like Nigeria will not accept anyone if they can't prove ancestry.

We should just skip to the part where black people in America get to own white people. Because that's really where they are trying to drive this bus.

We know free money doesn't fix the problem or welfare would have ended it decades ago.

Nothing will ever be enough for them. This is their primary crutch for special treatment and lack of accountability for all the bad shite they do. They aren't going to give that up.

No reparations without compensation!

Let’s go to brass tacks here.

Slavery no matter what its light would be in 2025 would be fully in practice if not for the Industrial Revolution.

It’s that simple.

I'll support them getting a one-time payment of $75,000 each, but they had to revoke their United States citizenship and move to Africa. With that kind of money there, they can be kangz n' shite.

And sneaking back in would lead to death by firing squad

Back to the original thread;

It’s insurmountably stupid in 2025 to be caught up in this “free money” grab.

All this does in its ignorance is undermine the civil rights act.

Reap the whirlwind bros.
