If anything is racist, it's this study telling black people they are way behind white people.

Can we just carve out Western Washington and Oregon for them to have their utopia? Or better yet if they're so amazing the US government can pay for them to go to Africa and make it like Wakanda.

They just need 15 to 20 but 99% of black parents and their kids think that education is stupid and that they should be owed things.

One generation of selfless black parents would change this but they have no incentive.

I have NEVER seen a race who doesn't see the long term as much as blacks. One generation of sacrifice essentially means a reboot to the gov'ment titty sucking mindset. Why make minimal amounts from the government when your kids could be surgeons, accountants, financial advisors, nurses, doctors, great teachers, and making ten times more than they get from Uncle Sam.
