this is a crock of crap. Garland does what Lisa Monaco via Holder & Obama tells him.
they are making it appear as if Hunter COULD get charged with 25 years; while they cover it all up & run out the statute of limitations.
don't believe it? name a time this wasn't done in the last 15 years for the Obama marxist democrats.

Political theater.
Hunter got indicted because it allows him to plead the fifth on any other crimes should he get subpoenaed in an impeachment.
Given how badly the Biden’s have gotten caught both in criminal activity and trying to do an end-around to get an immunity deal for Hunter, if they can’t see this for what it is and are pretending otherwise, they are dumber than I thought.

The FBI and IC knew about the Biden corruption 15 years ago. They had all the evidence on the laptop since at least 2019.
Like Hillary, if Biden goes down they ALL go down including republican snakes.
The new mantra is Hunter is suing with his hollywood marxist lawyer... While they do bong hits they laugh at being ownwd by the CCP. they are filthy rich they don't GAF.
The law suit claims that extreme right wingers planted evidence on the laptop. They want Rudy destroyed.
There is a fresh article saying Biden WILL NOT pardon his son. This means that Biden will step down and pardon all of them. Hunter, Romney, Kerry, Clinton's, Pelosi's, Obama's. All of them. They will make them secret pardons if needed.
I do think there is a bit of a schism with Biden and Jill not wanting to go away. But Biden could frick them all over if they try to blackmail him out. In the meantime their global reset goals are met as America is destroyed.

To be honest under the constitution, the department of justice falls under the purview of the executive branch. So, the DOJ/Attorney General works under the guidance of the president. So there is no one above the president for that action, except the Congress who can impeach a president, but you have to get 67 votes in the Senate to convict and remove a president. If the president doesn’t like an AG’s work he can fire him at any time. Now the AG replacement will be acting attorney general until the senate confirms a new attorney general.
The judicial branch/courts are independent of the presidency. Although lately, whomever appointed them into office, leaves a lasting legacy of opinions for years to come.

Always love the "but Trump didnt comply" retort when he allowed the inspection and repeatedly asked them what they wanted submitted, and I highly doubt they used federal agents to steal personal documents from biden or pence, nor rummage through their wives personal clothing.
