Younger people that don't remember him as a younger guy really have no idea just how bad off he is now. He was always a dumbfrick, but he's not remotely the same person now.

Ronald Reagan was still clearly the SAME person...just an older version and a slower more deliberate speech pattern. But it was still him. If there is ANYONE still attempting to suggest that Biden is not severely compromised, they're lying or just to partisan to see the obvious truth.

For those of us who were spirited youths, after being full of “uppers” for a couple days you crash into oblivion afterwards. Obviously why he is out of commission periodically.
