I’m a doctor. You have to stop some blood thinners while on paxlovid. You don’t have to stop eliquis. They want him dead lol

When I heard about this earlier my first thought was what would happen if he was taking a med that couldn't be immediately stopped and had to be tapered off of? Would he have to just say oh well to paxlovid?

The risk of stroke from a fib is about 10 percent per year. It is not uncommon to hold a drug like eliquis for a few days before surgery. It’s a very low risk to hold it for a 5 day course of paxlovid. Having said that, the current Covid has been mild and the benefit of paxlovid for the current strains is minimal. You could also just reduce the dose of the eliquis for the 5 day course as opposed to stopping it.

As for Paxlovid, doesn't it actually INCREASE the chance of getting it again?

Joe doesn't have Covid. he said yesterday he had cancer from oil on his windshield when he was young. So they had to make up something to shut him up for a while.
They are not even curious where he go it and who he has been around. He is just napping for a few days to let some of the speed he takes wear off.

It also helps put covid back in the spotlight. The fear is being pumped back up in time for the start of school. These people are sick and evil.
