Now this isn't true. Some guy on here claimed he'd seen a nipple pinching video. He posted it and there was zero nipple pinching. Can you post all of the videos you're talking about?

What you're talking about is your beliefs (or messed up fantasies) of what Biden did, not something like with Trump where he was found to have committed rape in a court proceeding.
Those critical of Trump at this point are pointing to things he was found to have done in actual courtrooms.
Those critical of Biden are pointing to things that are just sick hopes and dreams by Republicans, not actual court decisions.

Things proven in court are more proven to be true for us as observers than everything but what we've personally experienced.
The entire point of a legal system is to do the best job possibly to determine the truth of what happened in a legal claim.
Beyond any reasonable doubt in a criminal trial.
With a preponderance of evidence for civiil trials.
In both cases it's possible to get it wrong. But that doesn't mean a guilty verdict or liable finding means nothing.
It means there was a shitload of evidence to convict the person or find them liable. That makes those finding MUCH more likely to be true that an random internet claim or even a single line in a diary that the author has said is being misrepresented.
I think if you reversed the situation and one of Trump's Daughters had a line in her diary saying Trump showered with her once as an aside for which she publicly said was not true later, while Biden had been found to have raped a woman by a civil jury, you would not think Trump was the worse person.
Your viewpoint now is not based on the actual evidence... it's base din blind faith in Trump.
