Are you suggesting that people who aren’t sentenced to super max facilities are all set free? That seems to be the implication.

How does transferring these individuals to solitary confinement help victims? Please spell it out for me.

Does China have a rape or murder problem? Iran? El Salvador?

The idea of Mercy for the truly unrepentant or worse, essentially heathen sociopaths unable to bridle their pernicious instincts is both suicidal and immoral, as such policy increases the odds that more INNOCENTS will be harmed.

Whatever we tolerate we get more of. Period. Jesus lays it out clearly: get on the straight and narrow or die.

Juries of their peers found them guilty and sentenced them to death...not the government.

Gee, you're dumb.

There's a long admitted history of mental illness involved.

Then you should have NO problem with Admin47 seeking to uphold the "certainty of consequences".

Thank you for making Trump's argument in so few words, you rock at this!!

It's punishment. The adult version of putting a child in a corner for a "time out" to "think about what they've done".

Life without parole isn’t mercy.

We already know, conclusively, that harsher punishments do not deter crime.

And being in general pop isn’t punishment?

It sucks when your feelings aren’t supported by evidence, doesn’t it?

On this issue I part with most Conservatives. I don't believe in the death penalty. I think the punishment should be worse than death. Have murderers and rapist make sand out of boulders, 12 hours per day, 7days per week, for as long as they live.

Execution deters crime. Zero repeat offenders.

Early release has resulted in repeat offenders.

These SOBs had no regard for the rights of their victims.

These murderers don't deserve death or harsh punishment for the lives they took. But that innocent baby in a mother's womb, frick that kid, rip it apart and throw it away. Leftist retardation on display.
